Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Bracken, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Bracken.

3. Not medical advice

Bracken is an educational tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions, and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always confirm dosing, side effects, and treatment decisions with your clinician.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the logs and information you enter.

5. Health data

You consent to Bracken processing health data you provide so we can run the tracker and related features. See our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

6. Subscriptions (Bracken Pro)

Paid features are billed via Stripe, Razorpay, or Dodo Payments depending on your region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Stripe subscribers can manage billing in-app; other providers use the manage-subscription page in Settings.

5-year Pro is a one-time purchase: full Pro access for five years from the purchase date, with no automatic renewal. After that period, you can subscribe again or purchase another term if offered.

7. Reports & education

Guides articles, weekly reports, and phase predictions are generated from your logged data and curated guides, not from third-party AI services. They are educational only and may not reflect your individual situation. Verify important information with your clinician.

8. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or misuse another person's data. Do not use Bracken for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The Bracken product, brand, and interface belong to Bracken. The health logs and content you enter remain yours.

10. Disclaimers & liability

Bracken is provided as available for personal tracking and education. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app, or for outages, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or third-party services (payments, email, HealthKit).

11. Termination

You may stop using Bracken and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflect the current Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
