Settings → Backup is free on every plan. Export a ZIP (includes progress photos on the device you export from), then save it via the share sheet to iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or email. Sign in on a new phone for your log; download and import the ZIP there to restore photos locally.
